"Mad About You" is Belinda Carlisle's first hit as a solo artist.  Andy Taylor of the British band Duran Duran collaborated in the recording by providing solo guitar.  Fellow Go-Go's girls Charlotte Caffey and Jane Wiedlin provided back-up vocals.  This song must be special for Belinda Carlisle as its video featured her husband Morgan Mason.

"Mad About You" reached No. 3 in US Billboard chart and No. 9 in Australia.  The song topped the charts in Canada where it was a certified gold.
